Can I take clones yet? 1 month old

My plants are 1 month old from seeds.
I want to take clones and let them go into 12/12 light before they get too big.
Can I clone them now and how long do I have to wait to "parent" plant to recover from the cuts.
mate very good juicy lookin plants u have there, now is the perfect time to take those clones that will make u so happy
......when i clone fomr my mothers i usually give then 5-10 days to recover and ive never had any bother that way,others may tell u otherwise but this is just the way i do it

for ur 1st grow i would say VERY GOOD my friend...i love hydro it is so neat and clean and gives phenominal results...what lighting u using on them? if i may ask?

I was using a diy ghetto 2 bulb 24" T5 HO 6500k lights.
I just moved them to my grow tent 3 days ago growing under 400w metal halide.
The plants were getting to big for the 24" T5 HO light but I think its growing at the same speed under the metal halide but much hotter
