Can I Save This Strain?

My plant is already a couple weeks into flowering and its the only plant i got. Once the bud is filled out, can i jus clip it and then clone the plant after to keep this same plant in my collection? I didn't get the root powder soon enough and the plant was already flowerin, I dunno wut to do? I want to keep this strain, citrus kind of peppermint smellz yummy

I too, am having this exact same issue. If you go to the Outdoor growing section and view the thread (outdoor dec. dank) you can see what some people have told me...
what I'm confused about is, that if we choose to revegitate the plant , how many leaves are we going to want to leave on the plant, and if we leave a tiny bit of bud on the plant, what happends to the bud, does it dry up and fall off?
will the bud grow mold if left on the plant?

yes it does re veg but takes a couple of weeks to change... or 3
If its an autoflower than good luck...ive been working with re vegging an auto flower for about three months...Ive gotten the mother to cycle twice..Clones look heathy....and small..very little new veg. Mother looks like an abortion..buts shes re veging better than the clones??? go figure..
both have been under 2" agrosun full spectrum for 24/7 the last month
just put them under 600 hps for 24/7
buy the way..mother went all the way through an out door cycle..
all nogg,1 stalk, 10 inches tall... put her indoors for 24/7 under flo & hps
2 stalks shot out of the bud... bud dried up over a couple of months..dont seem to have a mold problem

Excuse my ignorance but is the term "autoflower" refering to a plant that will flower when its good and ready and not always under 12/12 lighting?

yes autoflowering plants will flower when they want at 24 hours of light.

you can clone your flowering plant right now it will just take longer to kick into veg growth.

autoflower clones yeilds are not good at all.
