Can I run an apv12-12 with leftover driver space

I've come across a problem in my build and seek some advice, I've got a mean well elg-240-1400 driver to power 2x 69v vero 29's and I have some leftover space in the driver, could I possibly run my fans off the same driver the cobs are on with a apv-12-12,

What I'm wondering is can you power up a apv 12-12 with another driver like a elg-240-1400 to power up the cooling fans ?

No. You need 127v-370v of DC to power up an APV on DC current. It's in the data sheet under input voltage. You also would need it from a constant voltage supply, not the CC like your ELG.

Best use of that extra voltage is to split your string(1400ma) off after the vero's into 2 strings of reds or some other additional spectra at 700ma.

Okay thanks !! :-) might have to just wire the apv to mains plug to run my fans, was planning to use a remote driver for this build, and I'd rather try do without the extra wall plug on the apv, could I buy some other electrical device that I can use in series or parallel with my cobs to power my fans?
