Can I plant now?

I'm thinking about putting a bunch of clones in the mountains this week. I think it will start to bud with in 2 weeks and finish in may (3 months). Is this true or false?

Here is a chart of my daylight/ darkness:

looks pretty good to me...as long as you get 12 hrs darkness your plants will flower.

I just planted plast week, and damn are my seedlings streeeeetching! The low daylight hours combined with this shitty overcast are making them stretch themselves to death.
