Can I plant a rooted cutting right out of closed dome?

I have a 6 cuttings going under the dome 99% humidity 77-84 degs. 2 have roots all around and 2 have a single root out the side 2 have nothing.

Can I take the 2 thats rooted well and remove them from the dome and plant them in soil?

Yes. That's kinda what you're supposed to do.

Yes as soon as you see a good amount if roots they are ready to go in your medium

I thought I had to crack open vents slowly day by day. I guess I thought the switch in humidity would effect them.

If the roots look strong .... plant them .

Dont expose them to strong light right away after transplanting. Give them a day or two of bright indirect lighting then move them into the grow area. They should take off quickly once they get established.

Slowly step up the pot size to get a nice dense rootball
