can i make this,aeroponics table

this used to be a ebb and flow table,i tryed to make it a dwc but its just to complicated,i have a 130 gallon res. under it so i wanted to make 2 plastic square tubes with sprayers each connected to a pump down in the res.the pump would be 80cm lower than the sprayers how strong does it have to be,can i use a regular fountain pump or does it have to be high pressure

i wanted to make it like this so i can check the solution and add nutes or set the ph easyer in the res. so i wouldnt have to raise the lid on the table
