can i leave soil on the roots when transplanting to coco

does it make a diffrence if i leave the soil on the roots and transplant straight to coco.. they are in small plastic cups now. or is getting as much dirt of as possible a better idea. thanks

I cant see any harm in leaving a bit of soil on the roots.
