Can I Hang Em? PLEASE HELP!! FIRST GROW!

THIS IS MY FIRST GROW AND I DON"T WANT TO FUCK IT UP!!!!
I have these two plants, All CFL Grow, the pictures are of the one on the left (it looks alot more done). They have been flowering for at least 6-8 weeks (don't know why i don't have an exact date) but i reallt think they're done but i need some advice or opinions PLEASE HELP!!!!

im kinda new too but know enough to say that if its sativa your looking at 12 weeks approx. for flowering and indica 6-8 weeks depending on strain so if you have long skinny leaves = sativa short fat leaves = indica also amount of leaves on each set can tell you 8-11 leaves for sativa approx. and 5-8 approx. for indica hope i halped ya out a bit

btw u should save up to get mylar or a more decent reflective material , ( aluminum paper ) is not wat reflects the most ( less then 45% light ) mylar reflects I think in the 90s%.
