I am new to growing and I am wondering if I can grow using these lights. Thanks!

yes, for sure it will grow a seedling, and maybe even a weak pathetic plant, and if you get really lucky maybe a bud the size of a pea, best of wishes!

ya look at blackstar led lights they make all diiferent size led grow set ups and range from affordable to expensive but a good company and have good range of blue and red spectrum some even come with uv bulbs and the ability to dial in the spectrum for where your at in the grow but i don't think you would be happy with your turn out

people have done it and I was using the 60w Crees for a while and probably still will for vegging.

Sure Can
If 2 100w incandescents can net 10 Grams from a plant, im sure you could at leasst get half of that in 3 months
