I don't know if the soil I have is good for growing

I have this soil - Kellogg Garden Products, Flower & Plant Fertilizer, Landscaping & Gardening Tips

It's loose and full of wood pieces Idk if its good or not can someone tell me?

Nothing wrong with it. Many soils have wood chips in them.
