I'm moving to Colorado in a few months to go to school and I want to know if I can legaly grow in an apartment, I highly doubt it but it doesn't hurt to ask, I love the herb and I want to be a part of the movement.
Can I grow in my apartment?

I would guess it depended on the lease you sign. Most landlords I dont think would want you too but unless it specifically said no then Idk if it would be a reason for eveiction as long as you were within the law. I wouldnt bring it up and go as stealthy as possible just to be safe.

Make sure you do what some of us can't- get a card. The man can't fux with you if you have a card. Good luck man.

I had a buddy with a card that lived in an apartment and the cops were called one night for other reasons and found his grow tent and didn't do anything because it was completely legal so i wouldn't be worried too much. mainly what i would be concerned with is other people knowing, but if you can keep smell under control then your good to go.

i grew a thousand watter in a apt. only bad thing is its easy for you to get home invaded. thats what happened to me

no. sumone that i knew dressed up as a security gard and my apt had a security gaurd at night. at 5 am he knocked and said sumones was beating up my car in 5 a i told him i didnt have a car and walked out the doorway and another guy put a gun to my face. they laid me on the ground in the living room and took my weed and sum money i had.

lol no not for a thousand watter. lol i have 8 one thousand watters flowering now. at the time the that was my first legit grow and I though I was really doing sumthing with that 1 light lol it was at least a pound of sweet tooth. my problem was I was young and let people know what i was doing. also i was slanging other drugs so the people I knew wernt cool if you know wat i mean.

and yes I seen him at a park by my grandmas pad. My buddy told me that he was the one that robed me. he walks with a fat limp cause he got shot in the leg thats how i know it was him. I didnt want any funk hes a tweaker anyway

I got distracted but I eventually watched it, and it was alright, I went back to watching Dark Side of the Moon dubed over The Wizard of OZ ha but it was kinda funny, he did a really good impression thanks for showin me, I am a Walken fan.
