I am going to be starting a small closet grow of one to two plants. I was wondering if a Son Agro 430 Watt HPS light would be good for the plants whole growth (start to finish). Any recommendations about my lighting would be awesome. What is decent lighting for 1-2 plants in a small closet? (not sure of closet measurements yet)
Thanks a lot.

Son Agro lights supposedly work great. They actually have a diverse spectrum which works well for veg and flower. I would say, there are a few problems with your situation, though.

A 430 watt is a lot for a small closet grow. You'll need ventilation. Also, you'd probably want to grow more than one or two. I'd say 3-4 would be alright but you could do more if space weren't so limited. If you only grow one or two, you're at a high risk for just getting male plants and wasting weeks of your time. Not to mention, you could just do that many under a 250 hps and save on the power bill.

I have a 430 watt son agro as well. I'm pretty excited about starting it up soon. I hope everything works out for you.

So if i only want 2 plants in an average closet (not a walk in closet at all) what do you think ill need just a 250 hps? Do they make 250 watt son agro lights? Id make sure the seeds were female. Ill probably order white widow seeds or something. Do you recommend any type of plant that may be better/easier to grow than WW?
Thanks a lot man.
