Can I give away clones for donation, and is it safe to do so on craigslist I make the people send me a pic of there med card

Craigslist is so crazy here with people robbing people that the cops have designated an area in their parking lot where people can make transactions.
Not sure about cannabis though

Good idea getting a pic of the card and picture id upfront and definitely meeting in public. Sorry to chime in without an answer to your specific questions.
If they don't want to show entire id let them cover everything but the pic and the name.

I remember when craigslist clones was new here in Washington it felt exactly like a drug deal.
Some tweaker would pull up and nervously slip you a box of mite infested god knows what then slink off.

This all sounds over the top but if you have clones they will assume you grow.

Im more concerned in getting in trouble by the police

You understand the biggest issue with State Legal Cannabis laws, are Federal Laws. No matter where you live in USA, it is against the law.

You are better off giving away positive affirmations.
 
I just see a lot of people doing it on craigslist, I figure if both people have there med cards it shouldn't be a problem

So in MA we're allowed to grow now.
Don't know about meeting a guy at the police station.... If I were getting clones, I just wouldn't want to go to the police station.
I've given clones to people at their house before. Weed too. I like to barter for stuff on Craigslist & letgo. How much of a donation for clones? I don't ever charge for 1 or 2.... Never know what they go for.

I think were pretty safe in MA. I feel a lot safer anyway. Gov. Baker has said publicly, more than once, instructing the state & local police not to concentrate efforts on small amounts of pot. He would rather resources be directed at the opioid problem.
I think if every1 is over 21 you have nothing to worry about. Medical or not.

I think Mass is passing a law to say no local authorities can assist in anyway federal cases on Marijuana. No HELP FEDS AT ALL...but craigslist? come on do not lobby the ball to them.
 
The law says you can literally "give" away up to an oz. So I would think clones, seeds & smoke would be fine in small quantities.

You Definately run the risk of feds catching you when you advertise, but what are the chances they would waste the resources on a guy trying to make 100$
