Can I dry it in my car?

Drying in the car seems risky to me. I also think those temps are too extreme. I would think about building a dryer box and shoving that in your closet. You mentioned an attic? If your roommate doesnt go up there that should be straight i would think. Then you can buy something to get rid of the smell, whether it be a product designed for that, carbon filter, etc.

Best go with ONA products. They will work best in the situation your in with the car drying.

if ur roommate didnt know about the growing just finish it off in your room closet with a fan in there
