i have a 1 gallon bubbleponic kit with 2inch pots, since im using jiffy cubes for my seedlings and clones they take up the whole pot, can i just have the jiffy cubes in the pot, or do i need the rocks

Just think to the future when your plant gets larger. I'd add hydroton for stability, you don't want the plant falling over.

In net pots that size you can't add many rocks. Any chance you can get them into something bigger. You can grow something in the small pots but not anywhere close to the max of the plants you are growing. I'd go 4" at least and maybe 6" pots.

i am gonna grow my lowryders in the 2in pots since they only get about 18in tall

well i ordedred the lowryders, but u would clone it the same way i guess

Lowryder is auto flowering and depends on age of plant only. You take a clone and it just flowers like it's mom casue they are the same age. Best left on the mom.
