can i cut off dead fan leaves in flower?

i flushed and the lower leaves are getting real brown and DRY to where they crumble if you touch them. i have about a week til week 8 of flower. wanted to know if i could cut em off. there are about 4-6. but the plant itself is only about 14 inches.

just asking cuz i read you can and cant...

Dude you should definitely cut them or else they can promote mold growth and possibly ruin your crop. You should also be very careful and not let the lower leaves touch the soil and become too moisturized for the same reason. In the wild the wind and the elements would have torn them off and whisked them away, cut them for sure

thank you. i wish i knew this sooner. IM GETTING SO EXCITED!!!!!! ITS GETTING SO CLOSE! the lower buds have amber trichomes. dunno of i should harvest those now or just wait till its all done... what you think
