can i clone a plant after only 2 weeks of growing?

even if i can i think i should still wait till it gets a little bigger but i thought i'd ask anyway

Technically you can clone a marijuana plant with just a few leaves, but why stress them out before they can handle it?

It would help if you showed photos of your plants to judge that. As far as I know, you cant clone fan leaves. If your plant has substantial shoots coming up then I see no reason why not.
The attached photo shows the difference. The blue circle is the fan leaf. The red circle is the shoot coming out from above where the fan leaf attaches to the main stem. The one in red is what you clone from.
