Can I change the pot?

Ok i planted 3 seeds and came out with 9 plants! I don't even know why lol So im wondering can I transport the plant to a different pot? And if so which would be the best way.

Yes you can transplant. If you have more than one plant in a pot you better do it sooner than later. Just try not to damage the roots too much when doing this.
 
Before you re pot the plants, are you sure they are pot plants?
