Can Hermaphodites Start as Males?

I identified a Bubblicious plant as a male and decided to use it to use it to make seeds. It was clearly a male plant with lots of male sacks. After it grew a little, I noticed many branches have a flower on the very tip. Is there any chance these are female flowers? See picture.w2.png

It looks like it is still about a week away from spilling pollen.

The only hermaphrodites I have ever found have been in females and the male sacks developed later on.
 
Both can go either way,
stress a male enough
and it will flip on you,
just as quick as a female to herm
that said I have had a number of
bubblicious flip on me
keep up the (N) tho
even in bud
visit the breeders site for imput
