I had some rootech delivered through the mail and it took two weeks for a bubble envelope to arrive. That seems normal right smh. Could excessive heat during its mail journey cause it to go bad before it arrived?
any way I did eight clones with it recently and I put them in my 5x5 tent and turned the 600 w on low output and forgot to turn the fans on
I came back and it was about 86 degrees In There and I could smell a funny Bad smell the light is a ventilated closed hood. all were dying by the time I turned the fan on.I waited a few days and tugged at them and all except one had absolutely no beginning formation of roots. This was around ten days after I took them so there should have been more than one of them with SOMETHING as far as roots.
I’m not sure if it was the high heat in the tent or if the gel is bad from getting overheated in the mail maybe? because I was really surprised not to see any roots on any except one. Of course they started in a small tent with no light for about 3-4 days because my t5 crapped out and then spent about 15 hrs in the hell tent with no fan on at 86 degrees.
I mean maybe the gel is okay, but I just fuckedup those clones with the fan being off and heating them up burning them too badly
any thoughts appreciated
