Thanks a lot everyone, I was thinking about doing the same thing smokey, but as the rolls are already here I guess I'll chance it.
And wiseguy, the easy roll range is a range of hangers that adjust in height so that you can raise and lower your bulb with greater ease, which is great if your plants are stretching for light, or if you only have one powerful light and need to start high and lower it over time.

I use a SUN SYSTEMS BLOCKBUSTER aircooled hood with a 600w and due to the size of the hood as a precaution i use 4 easy roll hangers as each one can hold 5kg of weight. However it also depends what you are anchoring them into?
I have mine anchored into some extra wooden supports that i placed in my ceiling joists.
