can dr out of province sign for acmpr ?

it hard for me to find the dr here in ontario to sign for large script use for edible and juice purpose . Im thinking about out of province doc but Is it seem applicable to Health canada ? Im pretty doubt about it but i know people could do it in the past with MMAR . If some one here already done with out of province doc for ACMPR , please verify it . Thanks a lot . Also , if u know any doc in ontario to sign for large with a fee , let me know too . I have all medical record .
