Can anyone tell what this is?

Hi everyone, I'm just a little worried about one of my Jock Horrors it's always been a little bit slower then my other one but just recently it started developing these little yellow patches on it's leaves and even a tiny hole on one of the fan leaves. Can anyone identify this or know how to treat it?

Looks and sounds like bug damage to me. You can spray with neem oil or diluted neem oil once a week or so and it should kill any one it and deter other bugs from feeding on it.

A better quality pic would help, close up too. Holes you say. . . . Hmmmmmmm . . . . . is something eating it? Have you got a magnifying lens to have a close look?
