What size light are you running? It may be a little light/heat stress. Back the light up 8-12 inches. Sometimes it takes them a few days to get acclimated to the powerful light. She doesn't look too bad.

ive got a 600W HPS, but its dimmable, ive switched it down to 300W it can go up to 450W too, and then 600W and 660W. my other plant seems to be doing ok under it, its just my little baby whos leaves are wrinkling up, and i dont want to ruin her. and my light was around 1 foot away but ive moved it to about 1 1/2 - 2 feet away.

Don't water everyday in Coco mate, you're starving the roots of oxygen. Let the coco dry out a bit although you're not suppose to let it full dry out just so there's less water. Lifting the pots up is one way to get a feel as to when to water, but water every 3-4 days as a ruff guide at this point.

Also personally I just let the very top of the medium get dry before watering as there's no roots at the top surface.

Not sure bout the ph for the coco. But i do know you're watering way too much.. You need to water til you get run off. That way you know soil is wet all the way thru.. Take an empty pot same size, fill with dry medium and see how it feels.. Then when your potted plant feels close to the same way you know its time to water again.

Calcium- new leaves misshapen or stunted, older leaves remain green. I can see the new growth has discoloration starting twords the center of the leaf working its way out. What's your soils Ph? What's your waters Ph?

so she should start to perk up in a few days?
You'll probably see a difference by tomorrow. If not, day after. Once she starts to come out of it you can slowly adjust the lamp height and intensity. And definetly get your mediums ph in order.

PH 6.5 is way too high for Coco mate. You want to be feeding at PH 5.8 or between 5.0/6.2.
i just read up that lol.. il have to drop it tomorrow, ive got malt vinegar is that okay to mix with the water? and is it right to ajust the ph at 0.5 per feed?

Malt vinager will be perfect buddy. Although try grab some PH down if you can. ACtually yeah, try dropping it to 6.2 then by 0.1 until you see the best PH range. I run my Kali at 5.5 during flower and the other one at 5.9, both are happy :)

okay cheers bud, hopefully over the next week she should pick her self up. its my first grow and although you can learn allot of here, its just a journey of trial and error i think.. my plant strain is Kali Kush.. not a big yield-er but intense potency (apparently)

My guess:

Heat and arid conditions. This causes excessive transpiration. The leaves wrinkle and twist to reduce their surface area to retain moisture.
