If your growing in containers,might be something you feed it,or did'nt feed it.If your growing outdoors,on the ground,it could be nute problems,or desease.http://www.gardensalive.com/article.asp?ai=590

its in the ground and i got a soil mix of 4 square feet and 2 tablespoons of blood meal 1 tablespoon of bone meal some pearlite and a 10 % nitrogen additive

i transplanted it into dryer soil though so it should be getting better right? should i take it back out and loosen up the rootball? there was still some pretty moist soil in there

You'll pull through it. Just hold off on watering for two days or so. Overwatering is a pretty common problem, but pretty easy to correct.

ok. another question. will the new sprouting leaves end up uncurling? cause a bunch of them are curled up like straws kinda

They will likely stay curled. But that won't stop them from performing photosynthesis. Sometimes curled leaves can be a PH problem too. But given your description, I'd have to say it's just overwatering. Ride the storm out and you'll be ok. The next set of leaves should not be curled and you'll be good from there.

ok sweet. well its good to know that. also there are brown or rust colored spots on some of my leaves. it looks like a burn almost but doesnt fit any description i have looked at.
