Can anyone tell me what she is

Ok so this plant is about 1 month 1 week and I honestly dont know what its doing. I dont think she knows what she is doing. Some leaves are drastically different in size, or just a single leaf on its own. Anyone have an idea? Im at a loss

agreed with Robert, they look healthy too! One thing that perplexed me was her age and the fact that she is only a few inches tall though. I normally see some decent stretching by week 3-4 of veg.

Sadly the stunnted growth is due to lack of light. I buy as I go, and im only running 3 cfl bulbs right now. Im saving for a bigger better light though. Hopefully in two weeks. Joys of being broke
