hello guys n gal growers, the place that sells my soil has just come out with a soil improver and ive never herd of this before being used as indoor pot growing soil

im thinking of adding it at a half n half mix with my jacks magic potting compost. insted of my organic compost (un amended) is this too much? will is burn the plants?
its there organic compost with added NP & K AS FAR AS I CAN make out.

i have found out that it compacts to a thick clump over time on its own left in the bag. so ill have to add some pearlite and vamiculite to keep it open.
is that the best way to use it or am i better off useing it as a top dressing or as an ingrediant in a tea,

any info greatfully recieved many thanx go go

Soil improver lol, dont get caught up on fancy labels. Its really just compost isnt it?Which you already have.Stick to the 40-20-40 and save some for topdress.Ive cycled quite a few clones now and the 40-20-40 outgrows the 1/3 1/3 1/3.

thanx, theres no npk on the bag and all the company told me is there not making it anymore as its not very good. i came to the conclusion that i would use it for top dressing also after reading up about it.
theres was no information on here about soil improvers, soo i guessed ther was something about it thats not popular thanx

i now have to go clear up the mess my stray cat has caused, she discovered my grow lights a while ago, but shes allways left my seedlings alone under the mars ts600 im useing for my sprouts. but ive just woken uo to a crashing sound, she was trying to sunbath under it and knocked all my barneys farm critical cure seedlings onto the floor. aghhh so shes in the dog house lol
