can anyone help me pls

i have got this white widow she has been through the wars obviously she started off in a rock cube , as i was moving i thought it best not to put her in the tank until i moved so she spent 2 weeks on my window ledge then 3 days in back garden , due to parents coming lol. she has now been in tank for 1 month in veg i am feeding her ferro nuites only once a week cleaning tank every 3 days , she got flicked over to bloom yesterday , i have noticed the leaves are going funny like it has been eaten i have checked for bugs but cant see anything pls take a look at pics also could i use an over head cooker extractor fan to eliminate odours as i have 1 that can free stand which has a carbon filter in thank you for taking a look she is under 2 x 200 watt envirolites was under 125 el for veg

at the moment i havent got a timer so i am doing it 1 hr on 1 hr off i will buy 1 tomorrow oops

You could try something like half and hour on and an hour off to give them a rest.
