Can anyone help me out here? URGENT!!!

ok as you can see the plant is kinda small for close to one week of growth and its yellowing, but my main problem is the soil i mixed it up thinking it would be good to make it very aerated for the roots to get enough o2 well i just found out the perlite i used had nutes in it so its burning my baby plant
how can i fix this before it dies?

well when nute burn is in place,many people will suggest flushing with water.. nutes were spilled into your perlite bag or what?

• no i used miracle grow perlite -.- being it was the only perlite i could find i immediately picked it up not knowing that it was "enriched" with miracle grow plant food. I finally noticed when i checked out the bag this morning because the plant was starting to yellow and i hadn't done anything wrong so i was checking out my mediums, also the soil is to aerated and i cant keep it damp long enough to get anymore growth out of the plant​
