can any one tell me plz....

I would say 2-3 weeks maybe more. How long have they been in flower and what strain is it? Really hard to tell without macro pics. You can use a magnifying glass or jewelers loupe in place of a microscope.

can you get any clearer close up pics?

also, You can find a handheld microscope really cheap at radio shack and/or amazon

Agree with Rob, at least a couple weeks by blurvision....... J/K
Hard to say for sure, but they look like they haven't put on any of the 'last couple week weight', but you haven't told us anything about their history, so that may be as big as they're going to get.
Here's a couple links for a scope to peep the trichs.

If you don't look at the tris with a 'scope, the next best way to judge maturity is watching the color of the pistils.
Pistils are the white hairs that showed up at branch ends after 2 or 3 weeks flowering. They will stay all white for a
few weeks. You know they are getting ripe when you can see the frost around the buds. Soon after the frost appears
you will notice a few pistils starting to turn light brown. After another week or 2 you will have a number of light and dark
brown pistils. That point is where I harvest.

Good luck, BigSteve.
