So I just picked up a couple of cases of canning jars. It got me to thinking... Once everything is dried and cured, can I seal the jars for storage or transport?
Sure. Just keep an eye on them for quite a while - you wouldn't want a jar full of mold.
But if all is good, glass (dark glass would be even better) is probably the best for long term storage.
Thanks man. I think I'm going to try it out on a single jar to start. I keep reading about people using vacuum sealed bags, so I figure 'why not just seal it in the jars?'
