calling all doctors in for diagnosis- Babies need help

Hey Guys,

I hope you guys are doing well. My plants are yellowing at the tips and developing dark spots. (Attached pics)

The moved into the growbox outdoor about a 3 weeks ago and they were doing just fine. I have been doing nutes (20-20-20) once a week and a very light dose because I'm worried I get 'notes-happy' and burn the little fuckers.

I just came back from a quick trip to the motherland (amsterdam) and was able to find a sober moment to buy the following:

PH- (HY-PRO)
SprayMix (HY-PRO)

They are in soil and the temp usually ranges around 25-38 degrees Celcius
Humidity ranges from 35% to 48%

I'm thinking they aren't getting enough nutes. I've already asked my local carpenter for another 3 bulb cfl light thing to add to the room..


Any suggestions on how to make them better and prevent a bigger disaster?

Plants realy look good, to be safe treat as nutrient burn, flush for on week and re-adjust your nutrients to about 1/4 what is directed and then go from there, also maybe it could be "nutrient splash" caused by water splashing on the leaves when feed them.. What are your blubs wattage and how many? Also what is distance from top of plant to light, for cfl's recommeded distance is 2 inches, maybe heat stress/burn., Do the hand test to see if distance is correct (put hand over top of plant and feel the heat on the back of hand, if to hot move light up. Hope this helped. Remember:marijuana is a weed and is hard to kill
 
Looks like they are hungry for nitrogen, try upping your ferts.
how much are you using exactly?

the directions said to use 1 teaspoon per gallon.. so I used a stingy 1/4th of the teaspoon/gallon and I spray once a week.. After reading the above, was I not supposed to spray the leaves as well? Just the soil? Could that have been the reason why they turned yellow?

Another question... What the hell is the HY-PRO spray mix and should I use it and does it replace the 20-20-20 feed that I do once a week or does it complement it?

What do you think? I'm not feeding enough and it is hungry for nutes? or Did i fuck up by spraying the leaves and the soil with nutes?
 
oh.. also... about a few days ago as I was cleaning up inside the box the shelf toppled over and the plants were buried underneath the rubble.. they looked alittle lopsided when I replanted them and I feel like they were fine the next day... just wanted to give you an idea of the environment and all possible factors..

Hypro products are generally designed for coco/water mediums, although they can be used in soil...or so the company says.

You need nutes for soil, stop spraying your leaves, relax because they don't look all that unhealthy and keep rockin' that nail polish, that's hot !!!!!
 
I'm using some nameless brand that I found up here where I live .. the only thing that I could read off the label was that it was 20-20-20 and the nursery I bought it from thinks I'm growing tomatoes when he gave it to me for the vegetation stage. In amsterdam I was able to find HY PRO spray Mix and I bought nutrient for the flowering stage which I knew I couldn't find here. I also found a pesticide and the PH -. The lady at the grow shop knew I was growing in soil when she recommended the above to me.
 
Try buying some decent nutes.

Why now, thank you;-)! I hope I'm being paranoid and that it wont get worse than this. I will stop spraying leaves... Now what you got to say about the spray mix and nutes situation.. Should I be using the Hy-Pro Spray mix as few times a week like the lady said?

20-20-20 is pretty strong for contained plants in soil, my guess is whatever product you are using is designed for hydro. However, as mentioned they don't look all that bad.
 
It looks hungry and perhaps a soil ph issue. Give it just a little more than a quarter dose but not 1/2 dose like somewhere in between and see how she handles it. Other than that its looking good.
 
No those are my own nails that need a manicure badly! Thanks guys for the confidence boost about my plants. I fell in love with planting in my attempt to just grow some decent pot to smoke in this shit hole of a city. I got 6 more seeds I'm about to germinate. will keep you guys posted!
 
Yellowing from the bottom up is usually a N deficiency. Your grow medium looks very dry and weird like bread crumbs.
