California's plant count declared unconstitional

Woot first post!

I love California. They actually care about the people (most of the time). and Its just such an awesome place to be nowadays -raised in Humbolt county (Arcata)

we are up in the air as of today. there is no limit. it could be used as "there is NO limit" meaning NONE allowed, or "there is NO limit" meaning there is NO limit. i have spoken with several MMJ lawyers about this already. until someone gets arrested and it goes to court then there is no saying what it all really means. apparently the people have to vote on limits. it's all really vague and no one knows how to interpret any of it.

This is good news!!! I live in San Bernardino County, probably the worst county in the state in regards to MMJ laws. It scares me that law enforcement here still follows federal law, and the county will not issue medical cards. Someone has to sue the county for not following the voters mandate.

There is someone close to me who may be affected (positively) by this ruling. As I'm interpreting the language in the brief perusal of the ruling, it appears to be specific to those with medical cards.. what I need to find is whether or not it also pertains to growing.
Edit: It appears that it may very well!

Thanks for the thread, subscribed for further developments.

Could very well affect my setup next year in Santa Cruz...if I am allowed to that is, I play it strictly by the book.

maybe obama will make it federal? what do you guys think? i have a dream that obama will be like "legal weed for everyone!"."Smoke a joint for your joints!","i found this buy one get one coupon for white widow! Lets get going over to target!"

Read up on him, the man won't change a fucking THING except the face.

My family member, for whom this ruling is very pertinent, someone very close to me (as close as a person can be) and who I care about deeply may have his ass saved. I've just sent some information for his lawyer to look at, I'm not sure they'd even heard about this ruling even though it occurred right down in L.A. Maybe there is some goodness afoot, eh?

that's a big problem with all this stuff. things change daily but we never hear about it. it also leaves gray areas. but it opens doors as well. i wish your "friend" my best. :blsmoke:

i have 27,000 plants going right now.

just kidding. i'm still staying within my county guidelines but i'm keeping my eye on this. :peace:

You're not kidding about the information not getting out. I Googled the HELL out of this ruling and found all kinds of other crap EXCEPT specific to the ruling. Then again, I didn't examine all the pages of hits, either. Maybe it was buried really deep in there.

Thanks, my family member needs all the help he can get. He's been playing with fire as far as the L.A. Co. Sheriff's Dept. is concerned, and yet it was another police department not even within the same county that confiscated his grow.
