While I do think it's a good idea, I don't see this as making much difference. The Feds don't need much state assistance, they have tons of resources in CA, including detention centers.
There's too many people in the industry to bust everyone but they don't have to. Most visible commercial ops will fold after receiving a nastygram from the US Attorney and any wobblers will close after a few loudmouths get raided like Harborside.

the don't want to arrest people, they want to seize assets. no trials needed, fee money. it all looks like drug cartel money to the feds, the take it and walk away.

i've got gsc cookies ,my bb sativa , some fake privet reserve and a miniature double stock self croping dwarf strain i'm working on. All pregnant from a herijuana daddies pollen. out side i've got some herbs veggies clovers and bee and butterfly flowers.

Dank Sinatra and purple wookie are the two largest. The 4 in solos are sour bubble and another dank Sinatra pheno. The 6 small ones are 2 x 501st og Rare Dankness and 3x lifesaver. BOG. Front left is hso blue dream. And heirloom tomatoes! 4 kinds that will be going on the balcony.

Thanks brother that's nice of you to say. I'm literally 25 stories up/illegal and have to be as stealth as possible. You can't do any type of dwc because if you ask anyone if they've had a flood it's a question of how many. Where's 30 gallons of water going to go...down. Plus I can't do any mods on power/circuits. That's a big one.
Sour bubble is a fast flowering indica and dank Sinatra is a bodhi strain and also indica dominant.
So far the best thing I've grown in my one year was a ghost train haze #1 from rare dankness. 120g and a great face melting haze. Im still searching medical strains so the sour bubble could be good. Someone described it as grape pixie stick. So far that's pretty accurate.
