that last picture of the smaller plant has some problems you need to address ASAP. kinda looks like the start of Mg defic and also tip burn for too strong EC/ppm

That's the way it came it was the last clone of that strain they had it's coming around I've got 4" of new roots only 36 hours since I put it in

I have a backup just in case this baby is sour'd-x-og kush from kingklonebrand.com wasn't in the greatest shape when I got it the minute I got root growth I put it in hope the development holds

looks like she is gonna take off I'm seeing improvement I'm gonna pick up some nutrients & cloning stuff today moving forward I'm switching over to a single nutrient like scottyballs did

this is one bottle for the whole grow a-z like scottyballs did in his grow

Awww sounds boring lol. I just can't keep it that simple! I don't have much experience yet but it sounds like some strains can have some decently drastic different needs. I don't see how you could consistently, grow to grow strain to strain have no unhappy plants without adjusting ratios of the different nutrients.

One bottle but using boosters during flower at least?

I mean are you going for optimal results or simply lowest maintenance?

she is coming around & where I topped is putting out branches & 2of the side branches are catching up overall she is greening up & looking healthier than when I put her in here

Scottyballs got 15 oz off 1 plant using this, floranova bloom is a flowering nutrient that you can veg with as well, I've had good results with it in the past

I feel like there's always a sacrifice though. I'm that guy that says would have he got 17 a different setup lol. It's a blessing and a curse....

I was reluctant even after reading scottyballs thread & AnonAmous did it & pulled 17 zips from dinafem original amnesia dwc single plant he started his grow with a 400 & upgraded to 600 for the finish I was using floranova on my sour'd which was well into flower when I lost the whole grow to heat & power failure this is a pretty well balanced nutrient

Yea I guess logically I look at it like something has to give. I've shown you my buddy's he also can pull in 16oz off his plant. But he could obviously improve at least the quality with some TLC. I don't spend gobs of money on nutrient and boosters like some do, but as far as basic nutrient I'm sure there are a decent amount that can give you pretty damn decent results with minimal effort. Unfortunately my brain dosnt work that way and I have to question what's left on the table. That method would hands down be better then a newbie trying to guess what a plant needs more or less of and give them a complete grow in a satisfactory level of nutrient, but I want to try to learn as much as I can to give them the perfect treatment which will also be low maintenance once I get more experience and get more in touch with my plants. I'm not trying to poo on your parade, if your looking for lower maintenance and less hassle that will be the obvious method to go with, and you probably won't hurt your yield. I'm just hoping to get to a point where I look at my plants and know exactly what they need to give them optimum chance for optimum results. Remember I'm nooby and fresh fires up and ready to go where as I think you have been doing it for some years and this probably isn't as fun and exciting as it is for me.

In a couple years I might be messaging you saying yea what was the name of the one nutrient start to finish? Lol

What I do love about what Scotty did is to show you can get results without getting nutty. And these little 80$ bottles of snake oil are garbage.

I'm gonna find out very soon lol...as I've been having some sort of nutrient related hiccup every grow since going dwc so I'm gonna give the simple approach a try I'm for satori says I probably won't have to add cal-mag to this nutrient $20.00 will do a complete grow

lol I've used a A+B system and calmag also a simple PK booster during flower. Nothing else.
