Actually rates have been going up, it was previously proven with actual data and sources. Under Obama the cost has increased 10% across the nation on average.

my price has dropped, just as prices have dropped in hawaii, maine, oregon, and elsewhere.
So you figured if your prices are going down in Oregon they must be going down everywhere eh?
Your market is tiny and insignificant and in no way is a proxy for anywhere else.
Electrical rates are going up everywhere.
