The law says i can have 6 - 12 mature or veg plants. What is a mature plant ? What is a veg plant ?

A mature plant means a plant that is flowering or has buds being produced, a veg plant has not been flipped into the flowering cycle yet.

Ok so if i have have 6 mature plants flowering does that mean thats it im done legally until harvest and i run out or can i still grow 6-12 small plants while my 6 are flowering ??

What you should do s get your timing down so that when you have about 4 weeks left in flower you start popping seeds and vegging so that when you chop down your mature plants you start flowering the seeds you started 30 days ago. Then you simply repeat and fine tune your timing based on the strains you grow.

I believe that this initiative you pasted into the thread is no longer active. AUMA or the adult use of marijuana act is what will be voted on in November. I do think it keeps much of the same language as the other initiatives you pasted.

The 6 mature plants or 12 immature plants was described in SB 420, and has since been declared unconstitutional by the State Supreme Court. There are no plant number limits in the law for medical patients, and you can grow as many plants as you need "within a reasonable amount."
The adult use law that will be voted on this November will not change anything in the medical law, but will result in some improvements for MMJ patients.
