Cali hash 7 weeks into flower,not so healthy

Hi my cali hash plant has never really been healthy sinse floweriing her, this is down to the fact i vegged for around 2 months without any nutes. Seed was a freebie and i didnt want to spend anything on her. Basically every fan leaf is gone, i must have picked bout 300 little dead shrivelld leaves so she is going on the leaves around the buds which are also dying. Have been feeding her bat guano as i had some left but nothing else. Today theplant is 15 weeks old. Does anyone think with all this dead foliage it will be slowing her down at all or have a bad effect on the bud itself?
Tbh the bud looks good plently of crystals and smells nice.
Also anyone guess how much longer i should leave her?

Your right they do die at the end of flower but not this much dude, i should still have fan leaves and much more growth its obvoiusly down to not feeding her.
So you growing the same strain?
Shes under a 250w hps.
