the three secondary macronutrients: calcium (Ca), sulphur (S), magnesium (Mg)

??? Can we use these nutes like we do with npk's ..eg some for veg and some for flower???
 
It depends what your growing medium is.

If it's hydroponic medium, you want to use calcium nitrate for calcium and magnesium sulfate will provide you with both magnesium and sulfur.

If it's either soil or a lime/bonemeal fortified potting mix, the lime will slowly release calcium and some magnesium, and sulfur can be provided either as magnesium sulfate, potassium sulfate, sulfuric acid, or elemental sulfur.
