No such thing as legal. Just decriminalized.
When nobody wanted anything to do with this dirty drug we were able to regulate ourselves.
Now there is a global spotlight on everything we do because the value of this miracle plant is finally being realized by big business. There are going to be regulations.

Why do you think we didn't have solar panels and electric cars in the 70s? Big oil was never going to let that happen.
We should vote to legalize now and then fight them on any attempt to trample any freedom for all of the people and reasonable access.

I just love how they keep saying they are afraid that children are going to have access. I have had access since I was 13.
No thanks you can keep your "regulations"....I'll keep my freedoms

You won't be saying that when the swat pigs haul off all of your plants!

Every nay-sayer who campaigned against Prop 19 six years ago said they would never be busted.

Many of them are singing a different tune now.

I have two lawyers in the family. One is pro legalization and one is against. I am having them help me wade through the legalese to determine what is doable and what wont hold up in court.
Hey that's really cool Mo, I'd love to know what conclusions you come to, it's supposed to be full of dubious wordings...

it's more than dubious...
Yes I know... been trying to discuss it here but I'm not allowed.
I'm only allowed to watch, because I don't live in California. Forum ruling ;)

Anyway, I'm really happy that you guys aren't oblivious to the problems :)

Big pot is blocked for 5 years isn't it?You need to visit the High Times page and listen to the Russ Belvill's rant: Top 10 Myths about Prop 64. If you don't listen to Russ you should. He broadcasts on Cannabis Radio.Com at 4 pacific time. He is a professional and ably explains why, basically, your position is a bunch of hooey. Personally I feel that as important as legalization in Cali. is to the movement nationwide, that anyone who votes no based on the F.U. I got mine reason, is small minded and petty.
don't forget greedy

Can one legally fly from OR to CA with 1 oz or less now?
No Its is still illegal to cross state lines, they call it trafficing a schedule one substance according to the FEDS. Hi everyone!! newbie here. And by the way im in California,
I mostly lurk and read, and laugh at some of "nonsense" that goes on but i see that is all in good fun, So as you all know Prop 64 PASSED and in my eyes it is a great day! Ive been a smoker since the 1980's and I NEVER EVER thought for one second that MJ would become legal, ive seen friends of mine get busted over having a joint I remember when the war on drugs was in full effect and it was Ridiculas I remember when the 1st initive was rejected by the voters..1991?? 92?? but then medical was passed in 96 and everyone was freaking out about it and everything turned out just fine. People starting the collectives had the worst go of it becuse LEO would come in and do an old school shake down...pay us or we will break your legs LOL( not so funny for the guy getting his leg snapped in half) then other states were looking at the tax revinue and the money that was being generated for the state tax coffers and of course Cali hurting for tax revinue due to bloated welfare and snap system among other bloated programs wants a slice of that pie and now in 2016.....wholey shit its a new day!!! I for one am very happy that i CAN NOT be jailed for having my own weed, I can post up a copy of the law if anyone cares.
Ok off my soap box....back to lurking LOLbongsmilie

Carry more than the recommended weight, and you will be in trouble.
