CA Patients Dr. Recommendation Question....

So lately I have been seeing a lot of scripts with higher numbers on them. 12 plants, 25 plants 50 plants etc... Then there are some Doctors that do not have any number on it at all. So my question is, if someone has a script that says 50 plants and the cops come to check out their grow and they going to let them slide or does the "county guideline" overrule the doctor's note???? 50 plants outdoor is a lot of weed for 1 person to consume for the year lol. What do u guys think?

Also if you are in CA, what does your note say and how many do you grow???

Dude if the cops come to your house its all over they dont care about your doctors note they will arrest you take your plants and let the judge and your laywer sort it out in court.......thats what they do bro.......Secondly if the cops are showing up at your door they probably got enough on you to arrest you anyways.........the doctors note is just a recomindation of what he thinks is an accetable amounth for you to culitvate its not somthing a police offiecer is going to care about......police are just like dogs they attack on command and dont care if there owner is in the wrong they just attack first and ask questions later.....

Also MOST doctors notes dont say how many plants your allowed to grow and ones that do are special cases most likely becasue i work at a colletive and i see notes everyday and i havent seen any yet that stated the number of plants that person is allowed to grow.... hope that helps ya

u must be in a uptight area then. there are sooo many growers around here. if someone complains about you growing they will come out and check your grow and your note. the county guideline where i am at is 6 plants, my script says 25

it's a sketchy grey area . . . . . . they say the counties can only say the minimum, not the maximum. the scripts can say how much you can have/carry . . . but I don't know if they can say the same about the plants.

I'd really rather not take such a risk . . . . because there's no point in fighting it in court if they pull your plants first . . . fuck that.
