It depends, how much ventilation do you have? If air is moving quickly through the space then C02 wont have an effect, if not, then I would say you would need one bottle per plant in an area that big to really have an effect. Honestly I dont think its worth the trouble, you are gonna put alot of work into something that isnt gonna help a whole lot. If you wanna decrease yield I would concentrate on lighting and good ventilation. But thats just my opinion.

I think he means increase.
The size of the container and amount of ingredients you would need for there to be a noticeable difference would be too large.

Okay. That's a good idea. I made some primitive wine when I was a minor. It didn't taste to well, but definitely got you drunk.
What would be nice is if you used hydroponics and put the output hose from the wine into your res depending on what type you use it would seep up right into the plants.
