Buzzkill

Got pulled over yesterday for brake light out (wasn't out, but didn't argue with him) was a big buzz kill. I just got back from talking with a place about a new job and such.

There just happen to be a K9 unit near by that stopped and sniffed my hoopty down while they checked if I had any outstanding warrants.

I wasn't carrying anything but he had the nerve to ask if they could search my truck. He demanded me to open my toolbox even though the drug dog didn't hit and I said I didn't have the key. I also suggested that they'd have to get a warrant to search the cab as I don't see any justification for it.


I don't hate cops, but jeeze this annoyed me and just wanted to rant a little.

I got let off with a warning (yeah... ) So I went home and got high just to spite him.

I feel for ya man, fuck the laws.

Glad you did the right thing by not letting them search without a warrant or probable cause! You keep that up and you will be OK!

I do not drive with anything on me anymore. I was pulled over before. I was aked to step out of the car. They asked me some questions. When I did the police found a seed or two on a seat or the floor. That gave them the probable cause to search the vehicle. Nothing else was found and the police told me to vacuum my car out and leave the weed at home.

rant away...thats just not right what they tried to do....good for you....walk on...and walk forward...leave those guys behind you!

Dude thats really gay, i probly would have lost my cool if they searched my truck for no reason like that. I hate when cops go looking for trouble like that. And they would have found something in my truck cause im always carrying my pipe with me. Ohwell alteast you came out safe.

but yeah, I think it was more this cop was a rookie and thought he had something by pulling over someone who looked poor, because we all know poor people smoke the herb.

No way in hell I'm going to let anyone search my car or house without a warrant, I don't like people going through my stuff let alone a asshole cop.

I have a set of boots just meant for carrying when I buy and I never carry over an oz at time. I don't plan on buying anymore though so
