the last time i bought seeds with a prepaid card was 2 years ago during the 4/20 promo at attiude. there was a volcano eruption. my package was only slightly delayed.
that was before the douche requirement (thanks to the patriot act) of requiring a social security number to activate/register the card for overseas purchases. it needs to be registered so when you fill out the billing information, you have something to write for name, address, etc. and it checks out when they run the card. i can't find a single card that can be anonymously registered without ssn anymore. i read where some people were using "nfinanse" cards without ssn, but more recent threads say they now have the same requirement. i used to write a fucked up version of my real name on the form so that i could always claim it wasn't me but close enough where i would still get the package. that security is gone.
no matter how many threads i read, it never seems like there's a resolution. i honestly have no idea how to anonymously order seeds with a prepaid card now. i have a problem with giving my ssn to be stored in yet another company's database to be lost or stolen one day, and i'd rather not use my real bank card, but it seems as though these are the only two options.
what i want to know is, all you people using prepaid cards, are you giving your social? and if not, how are you populating the billing information when you order the seeds to make it go through?

I never gave a shit.The billing name is different than the seed co and the return address is off.They have better things to do nowadays than worry about beans.Seriously, you can order an M-4 and a lb of coke online now.And get the shit in the mail.Thinking about busting up a sheet of Netherlands Blotter.
