buying cfls tomorrow need help plz

yeah i kow nothing. been reading some but am kinda stupid from all the weed i smoke and can't retain anything. what knid of cfl's should i get. help is much appreciated. never grown with cfl's before , but i grew 2 other times in my life indoors with hps and mh lights. thanks for the help guys.

use 6400k for veg, 2700k for flower. u should read the grow faq and u should find all you need to know dude

more lighting the better. as person above me said, around the 6400k for vegging, and around the 2700k for flowering.
