Buying a new 1000watt light

I am buying a 1000 watt light. I want to keep my room as cool as possible. I have been told that a cooltube is the best way to go, or should i go with a inclosed hood with a 6 inch exhaust.

Go with a cooltube and 6 inch inline fan

so i should go with a 6 inch cooltube? can i use a cooltube with a MH cov bulb?whats the cfm rating on that 6 inch inline fan?
