tldr: some dickhead on twitter who is a big supporter of theories of race and iq basically said if race didn't matter to intelligence that Africans would have conquered Europe. gave pages of his paper to Murray about his book the bell curve, and refused to publish a rebuttal from Gould. all in all not a great history.
he used manipulated stats and studies to reach an end goal he already agrees with. Gould did a great take down of it with his re-release of measure of a man.
