I got busted today for cultivation. Maybe another day when all is well in the cannabis world, I will have another go at it, but for now, best of luck to you all.:wall:
 
I'm very sorry to hear that. I've seen a lot of great people go down because of horticulture, and it is damned well ridiculous.

Be well knowing that you were accused of growing a cancer-fighting natural plant that grows out of the ground, and there is nothing morally or ethically wrong in doing so. Anyone who says otherwise is a tyrant and a corporate-and-pharmaceutically-owned plutocracy.

Everytime I see a post like this I go in to find out how they got busted and they rarely tell. I don't even believe them anymore if they can't tell us how.
 
Always sorry to hear that word. What state? Can you share any details? I understand if you can't.

Or maybe they have more important things to take care of like retaining a lawyer who would tell them to keep their mouth shut? Your rational for not believe them seems pretty f*cked to me.

For me personally.

I had a close friend that helped me with my room construction. After about 12 months we stopped talking to each other (he owed me some money, loan not green). His old dealer also grew. He talked to him about my room setup.

Subsequently the dealer got busted. He grassed up whoever he could to try and get off.

Unfortunately my name came up.

People don't realize how easily this can happen.

You can have some damn trustworthy people around you. And one of those people can bring just 1 damn trustworthy person with them.

The problem is, the transitive property of trust is, well, non existent
Just BC you trust person A, and they totally trust person B, that doesn't mean person B gives a single shit about you, and won't think of you as an easy target if they ever have to.
 
Dam sorry to hear, hope all works out for you, unfortunately you forgot the #1 Cardinal rule, " Tell no one " unfortunately sometimes you can't even trust your closest friend, unfortunately he/she neglected the rule too.

Hello to all. Sorry about the lack of details on how/where. I didnt know if I should say, but I suppose its ok. So basically what happened is that in a total lack of judgment, my girlfriend invited a neighbor over, who just so happens to dislike me. I dont know what my gf was thinking but she allowed this neighbor to see my grow. Next thing I know, two days later the police are knocking on my door and 5 minutes later ripping my babies out of the pots. This is in Ohio btw. They kindly informed me that despite the size and the fact that they had yet to produce the good stuff, that each plant is considered to yield 1 lb. by default. Thus charging me with 5 lbs since I had only 5 plants. Two of which were still in their infancy. It's a damn shame.
 
and 1 pound by default is crazy. its just like when they hit a bust and break its value down to the gram to make it seem like much more then it is.

Do some reading and talk to an attorney. I dont think thats how the new law in Ohio is any longer. I think all that changed when they decriminalized it in Ohio. I did some reading on the Ohio marijuana laws not to long ago and unless I was reading bogus material (It was on the NORML web site) the new laws are much different now.
