busted 4 dealing in another state but want to grow sum,would it be a 1st or 2nd off

would like to know if felony record would travel state to state if i were to be busted for growing? Is this something you could hide, do they check other state records? would it be a st or second offenxse. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRETIATED

No duh it will follow you. Iv gotten in to legal trouble up here in Oregon and they brought up a Misdemeanor i got in California when i was a freaking Juvenile!

really only 7 years...it will be gone? its been ten years actually... did 2 years prison and 8 years of successfull probation and parole?!!! reallly?

Yea thought so but wanted to ask, but i can vote, the rule is you just have to be off probation and parole. yes it was a good size bust 10 back, i may not be able to grow yet... thanks peops!!

you can vote once ur off probation or parole.. in my state you can n e ways..

Were i'm at a judge has to give it back to you when they feel you deserve it. I think there is a number of years you have to wait. Last I knew anyway, maybe it has changed.

Voting is usually not a problem.

You may want to study this link I am providing you with. It's possible to expunge your record, depending on the offense. Give it a good read, it may be very much worth your time and effort.

your record can be used during sentencing but not to support a second offence. the statute is not going to be the same because it is a different state. for instance. in a certain state driving on a revoked license is a felony on the second offence but that doesnt count for a dwr in another state because it has to be a subsequent offense of that same statute.
