Burnt leaves

ok so here is the problem i had to leave town for a couple of days and i forgot to move my lights up (cfl).
i came back and one of my plants grew right into the lights.
i have 2 fan leaves and the new baby leaves coming out of the top burnt on the edges.

my question is should i just chop these leaves off they are 2 nodes from the top. or should i leave them

If they have any green left, I'd leave them. Taking away fan leaves is taking away bud. Unless they are completely useless, or covered with fungus, leave 'em
